In the Unity Asset Store, if the license says "License agreement: Standard Unity Asset Store EULA", you're allowed to use it, even if it says free. (In contrast, the free Unity Learn assets by Unity Technologies fall under License agreement: Non standard EULA, which state you cannot use the assets inside of it for your own productions)
